Please remember that dance entries can increase dramatically with little notice - this will account for any changes of schedule but we don't anticipate any at this time!
Last year we ran on schedule for the entire event!

*Awards (Pro-Am Hustle, Pro-Am Swing, Strictly Swing & Hustle, Jack & Jill Swing & Jack & Jill Two-Step) to be annouced after Jack & Jill Two-Step Friday Night in the Swing Room
Strictly Hustle, Strictly Swing & Jack & Jill Swing Registration cutoff is Friday @ 7:00 pm.
The Swing Room opens at 6:30 pm Friday night and will have open dancing (California Mix - Swing & Country) while the competitions are being held in the Main Ballroom. Once the Main Ballroom is finished with competition then the Swing Room will be playing Swing music only and the Main Ballroom will be playing Country Western music.

The Swing Room will open at 7:00 pm for open dancing (California Mix) while the Saturday Night Show is going on. After the show the Swing music will be playing Swing music only. The Main Ballroom will be playing Country Western.

* Pro-Am Awards (UCWDC) will be announced starting with Intermediate, Advanced, Showcase, Pro/Pro, Spotlight, Newcomer, Novice and Pro-Am Line. Pro-Am Swing & Hustle awards will be announced Friday Night after the Jack & Jill Two-Step.
